• The Compumatic XLS 21 v2 is a tried and true clock terminal and simple to use. Employees clock in using a 1-9 digit PIN or optional RFID badges or fobs (sold separately). With efficient Swipe & Go punching employees do not have to make any extra selections at the terminal. A verification displays on screen and an audible "thank you" confirms the punch was recorded.
• Powerful features in a user firendly package. Punches are transferred automatically to the cloud in real-time. If you lose the internet, no problem, the clock will store punches until your internet connection is restored. Universal compatibility with Windows and MAC and any standard web browser. No app installation needed, with our intelligent mobile friendly responsive deisgn the website automatically adjusts to the most efficient format for any device (phone, tablet, laptop, or pc). Employees can be provided with a self service login to monitor their own time and request time off. Also allow web punching if desired on a per employee basis.
• Easily connects to the internet through your local network via WiFi or direct Ethernet cable. DHCP enabled, plug and play setup with Cat5/6/7/8 Ethernet or simply select your WiFi network and enter the password for a wireless connection. Also compatible with most cellular wireless hotspots for remote installation (12vdc power required).
• Each clock can accommodate 3000 users. Built in memory can store 50000 transactions if the clock is offline and punches will upload automatically when the online connection is restored. No online software employee or administrator user limit.
• Starts with a FREE 15-day trial, then activate your subscription. Only pay for what you use with a monthly $9 base account fee plus $2 per active employee. Month to month billing with no long term contracts. Subscription includes unlimited support.
